BACKGROUND
The education sector in Nigeria as in many parts
of the world has witnessed serious crisis. Subsequently,
there has been calls from prominent citizens, religious
leaders and traditional rulers that patriotic Nigerians
should assist to reverse this ugly trend. Imperial
School Kaduna a model secondary school for both boys
and girls is a response by some Nigerians to this
clarion call. The school is situated on a 14-acre
piece of land at Kudenda village, off Ideal Flour
Mills along Nnamdi Azikiwe Way, Western Byepass Kaduna.
The school offers qualitative educational programs
in traditional science and arts subjects in addition
to those of vocational studies, proficiency programs
in computer studies and other related fields in an
effort to produce the type of students envisaged in
the current government program. The School environment
is simply beautiful, quiet and conducive for academic
pursuit. The compound is well landscaped and adorned
with network of roads named after prominent Nigerian,
friends of the School and Directors.
OUR MISSION
Imperial School is established to provide first class
education to all who pass through the school. The
school shall produce youths who are disciplined and
patriotic and shall provide the right environment
for all round development of all its students who
are expected to be future national leaders.
OUR VISION
Imperial school shall be the best secondary school
in Kaduna state and indeed the whole of Nigeria by
the year 2010.
