** MERIT AWARD FOR PROMOTING QUALITY EDUCATION

The Nigeria Institute of Industrialists and Corporate Administrators on 26th. June 2003 at the Banquet Hall of Hamdala Hotel Kaduna gave out a presigious MERIT AWARD to Imperial School for her contribution in promoting qualitative education in Kaduna State . The award was presented on behalf of the Institute by
the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Commerce to the Managing Director of Imperial School Mrs. Joy Nwakacha who promised to do more for education in the state.

** IMPERIAL WINS SCHOOL DEBATE
Imperial School has won the 2003 state wide Secondary Schools debate organized by the Kaduna State Government to mark the DRUG ABUSE AND CONTROL WEEK in the state. The finals was between
Imperial School and Sarduana Memorial College Kaduna which was won by Imperial School 61 to SMC 47. Master Nathan Yusuf of Imperial School was also judged the BEST PRESENTER and was awarded several prizes. A trophy was presented by the Permanent Secretary in the Kaduna State Ministry of Health to the
victorious Imperial School team on behalf of the Executive Governor of Kaduna State while the other prizes for participants were presented by the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Agriculture. The occassion was witnessed by many top Government officials.
