The relationship between Imperial School and its immediate host community is very cordial. The School contributed immensely towards the provision of a 200KVA electricity transformer for the village.

The World Environmental Day 2002 was celebrated in Nigeria on Wenesday 5th. June 2002. In Kaduna state, many activities were hosted by the Nigerian Environmental Society Kaduna State branch.

Imperial school hosted its maiden interclub basketball competition from the 2nd to the 5th of june 2011. The event which is the first of its kind for a secondary school to ever host, saw the eight(8) elite teams in kaduna slug it out for the ultimate prize of 50,000 naira cash for the first place, 30,000 naira for the second and 20,000 for the third place,apart from the other consolation prizes like imperial branded jerseys for the teams and balls.

The Annual Science & Arts Exhibition holds around November of every year at the School Examination Hall. This event normally coincides with the Open / Visiting Day for the month. It is usually chaired by prominent citizens, community leaders, parents or government officials. Parents are requested to avail themselves of their services whenever they are called upon to partake in this program.
